Gordon Moody is proud to announce a new partnership with Redditch United Football Club as their official charity partner for the 2025/26 season.

This partnership marks a significant step in strengthening ties with the local community, following the opening of Gordon Moody House, our new flagship residential treatment centre in Redditch in November 2024. The state-of-the-art facility provides specialist, trauma-informed residential programmes for individuals experiencing severe gambling-related harm, offering a vital lifeline to those in crisis.

As part of the partnership, Gordon Moody will have a visible presence at The Valley Stadium, including branding on the back of the team’s 2025/26 match shirts. The collaboration aims to raise awareness of the available and break down the stigma surrounding gambling addiction.

Speaking about the partnership, Monica Shafaq, CEO of Gordon Moody, said:

“This partnership with Redditch United is more than just branding—it’s about building a united front to tackle gambling-related harm head-on. With our flagship centre now open in the heart of the town, we’re deeply committed to ing the local community. Football has the power to bring people together, and by working with Redditch United, we hope to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and ensure that no one feels that they have to face addiction alone.”

David Faulkner, Chairman of Redditch United, added:

“We are thrilled to welcome Gordon Moody as our official charity partner. Their dedication to addressing gambling-related harms aligns perfectly with our commitment to ing the well-being of our community. Together, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of those affected.”
